Brand New 28' SeaWorthy Lobsterboat Sea Trial off Kennebunkport, Maine - Video
PUBLISHED:  May 08, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Here is a 2011 sea trial of the first launch of a brand new 28' SeaWorthy (BHM), built by Steve Law in Kennebunk Maine. The boat was launched in the Kennebunk River, and taken offshore. Steve is driving. The boat is powered by a NANNI 270 diesel engine , an in line six-cylinder electronically controlled Common Rail direct injection system, delivering high exceptional performance with unbeatable fuel consumption levels. The Common Rail injection system ensures optimum use of fuel through an injection pressure of over 1500 bar. The fuel thus injected in the combustion chamber allows the engine to deliver more power while reducing noise and vibration significantly. Nice setup. However, there was a slight overheat issue, but easily resolved. The owner is super pleased with this exceptional downeast boat!
