"Another nice surprise out of Irish land, the debut album of the same name Bacchus, a darker mix of hardcore with some crust and sludge that forms in a whole, an excellent result. The band is quite young but we have the result is quite good. Refusing to always use the easy way out and ensnares the band weaves all their influences into turmoil caustic reminding me a bastard son of From Ashes Rise, Neurosis and Cursed. One of the nice surprises to emerge in 2011."
