DESCRIPTION:
Anoushka Shankar, the acclaimed sitar player, producer and composer, has confirmed details of a new mini-album, "Chapter I: Forever, For Now". For the four-track collection - available from October 6, 2023 on limited edition vinyl and via all digital platforms - she joined forces with Grammy-decorated artist and producer Arooj Aftab. The music, which also features renowned pianist and producer Nils Frahm, was created at LEITER Studio in Berlin’s celebrated Funkhaus complex, recorded by Grammy Award winning engineer Antonio Pulli.
