It is accompanied by three of his best former students (Marc Vrebos,Catherine Deprez et Johan Kayaert) that Ruprecht Niepold pushed Muziekpublique's door. For nearly five years Ruprecht taught them, as well as other, how to play the hurdy-gurdy. A instrument that, according to the musician, is fascinating for many people but of which true fans are rare. Ruprecht has yet been able to gather some of these passionate on the stage of the Molière, for A song a Day. Together, they achieve a feat by playing with 4 voices to we interpret the title "Mille Ducas" and to wish prosperity to Muziekpublique on the occasion of its 10th anniversary.

C'est accompagné de 3 de ses anciens meilleurs élèves ( Marc Vrebos,Catherine Deprez et Johan Kayaert ) que Ruprecht Niepold a poussé la porte de Muziekpublique. Pendant près de 5 ans Ruprecht à enseigné à ceux-ci ainsi qu'à d'autre la pratique de la vielle à roue. Un instrument qui, d'après le musicien, fascine mais dont les vrai mordus sont rares. Ruprecht a pourtant su rassembler certains de ces passionnés sur la scène du Molière, pour A song a Day. Ensemble, ils réalisent une prouesse, celle de jouer à 4 voix afin de nous interpréter le titre « Mille Ducas » et de souhaiter ainsi prospérité à Muziekpublique à l'occasion de ses 10 ans.

Vijf jaar lang gaf Ruprecht Niepold elke week draailierles bij Muziekpublique. De lessen behandelden de ontdekking en het onderhoud van het instrument, vingerzettingen, polsslag, synchronisatie/ desynchonisatie van rechterhand/linkerhand, onderhoud van het instrument,... Het is dan ook met het grootste plezier dat hij samen met drie van zijn vroegere leerlingen (Marc Vrebos,Catherine Deprez & Johan Kayaert) voor de camera's van A Song a Day verschijnt. Op dit fascinerende instrument brengen deze vier muzikanten een vierstemmige interpretatie van "Mille Ducas".
