Study music for creative thinking. This Isochronic Tones session alternates between low beta, alpha and theta frequencies, stimulating creativity but also keeping you awake and alert.

The best way to use this session is to close your eyes, relax, and wait for new ideas to come to you. Once the ideas start to flow pause the session, write them down, and resume the session afterwards.

You may also choose to use the session with eyes open, while working on artistic or creative projects.

7 Different Background Tracks Available

I've created this same brain entrainment session with 7 alternative background tracks on MP3. So you can choose whichever one suits your mood, or the creative task you want to do.

- Ambient - THE VERSION IN THIS VIDEO
- Beach waves
- Forest with babbling brook
- Hybrid
- Piano
- Thunderstorm
- Just Tones (no soundtrack)

All the MP3 versions are available on my website, via the page at the top of the description.

Headphones?

Headphones are not required for this particular session, as long as you can clearly hear the Isochronic Tones behind the music track. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend it. When you use headphones it helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.
