DESCRIPTION:
A ponified version of Lemon Demon's song Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny. I first discovered the song back when Myspace was still cool -- yeah, a long time ago -- and I instantly fell in love with it. So when a friend of mine offered to write up some ponified lyrics for me to sing? I jumped right the hell onto that!

I actually finished recording the song quite some time ago, but I couldn't figure out what to do about the video. There isn't very much art out there for this particular crossover, and I'm not an artist myself (see the picture used in the video for evidence).

So I kept it off in favor of other things I'd been working on recently. But now it's been a week since my last update and I still don't have anything new to submit, so I figured I'd throw something together really quickly in Paint.net and get it out there. :)

The pic itself doesn't really mean anything, though I'd like to think that the background looks vaguely similar to two swords (with gravity-defying handles, granted) clanging together. :p

Chrysalis took a bite of Twilight's books
While Rarity with a mirror admired her looks
And then Spike came back covered in a tire track
But Rainbow Dash jumped out and landed on his back
And Mare do Well was injured and trying to get steady
When Vinyl Scratch came back with a machete
But suddenly something caught her leg and she tripped
Applejack took her out with her whip.
Then she saw Chrysalis sneaking up from behind
And she reached for her gun which she just couldn't find
'Cause Mare do Well stole it but her shot went aloof,
And Rainbow Dash deflected it with her hoof
Then she jumped in the air and she did a somersault
While Vinyl Scratch tried to pole-vault
Onto Twilight Sparkle but they collided in the air
Then they both got hit with a Fluttershy Stare!
