"This trio, atypical, works like a collective of three composers.
This poetry is the result of more than ten years of jointly musical life.
The originality of this formation doesn't come only from the particularities of the instrumentation, but also from the interaction of those three composers..."

GEORGI KORNAZOV is born on the 30th of september 1971 in Sevlievo (Bulgaria)
Studied at the National Academy of Music «Pancho Vladigerov» Sofia (90-95) and at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris (95-98)
In 96 won the prize of best soloist at the «Tremplin de Jazz» in the city of Avignon chaired by Daniel Humair.
In 1998, the first prize in the jazz departement of C.N.S.M. de Paris and 3th prize for band at the national jazz competition of «La Défense».

GEOFFROY TAMISIER is born in Nantes (France) in November 1973.
He studied at the National Conservatory of Nantes, where he got diplomas of trumpet, musical theory, chamber music and composition.
In 1993 he joined the jazz department of the CNSM (National and Superior Conservatory of Music and Dance of Paris), directed by François Jeanneau.In 1997 he was voted first prize unanimously.
He obtained a 1st prize of composition at the "Concours National de Jazz de la Défense".
In 1998 he got the 2nd "group prize" with "OLH Acoustic" at the same festival and also the special prize of jury at the "Tremplin Jazz d'Avignon".Since then he's playing in many clubs and festivals in France and abroad (Radio-France Festival, Montreux Jazz festival, Le Mans Europa Jazz, Jazz in Montréal...)
From 2002 till 2005 he is part of the ONJ of Claude Barthélémy.

MANU CODJIA is born in 1975 in Chaumont, France.
Since 1985, Manu Codjia began to study first classical then jazz guitar with François Arnold in Chaumont school of music. In 1993 he studied at the CIM and joined in 1994 the CNSM (National Conservatory in Paris) in the jazz and improvised musics (with François Jeanneau, Hervé Sellin, Jean-François Jenny-Clarke, François Théberge, Daniel Humair) until 1998, when he was voted first prize unanimously. In 1999 he obtained numerous prizes in the National Jazz Competition of La Défense (1st prize as a soloist, 1st group prize with Matthieu Donnarier Trio, 2nd group prize with the Spice Bones and 3rd group prize with Georgi Kornazov's Quintet). Manu obtained again two prizes in the National Jazz Competition of La Défense in 2001 :
1st group prize with Dr. Knock and Fnac prize with Alerta G.
He played with : Pat Metheny, Adam Nusbaum, Miroslav Vitous, Erik Truffaz, Christophe Monniot Monniomania, Dr Knock, Daniel Humair's Baby Boom, Matthieu Donnarier's trio, Gueorgui Kornazov "Horizons" quintet, Alerta G, Henri Texier « nord-sud » Quartet then « Strada Sextet », Elisabeth Kontomanou...
