A tradition in Ireland dating from pre-Christian times, hunting and parading with the Wren on St. Stephen's Day (December 26th) was something Robbie O'Connell and Brian O'Donovan grew up with. At A Christmas Celtic Sojourn, 2010, they discuss the ritual, the song, and the fun that was wrought throughout their areas while children from the Harney Academy of Irish Dance listen in and join in the fun.
