Combining the popular South African songs Siyahamba and Haleluya Pelotsa Rona with a Gregorian Chant and Amazing Grace, composer Paul Halley weaves an amazing tour-de-force piece for choir and soloists. World Village Gospel Choir was recorded at Knox United Church in Winnipeg Canada with soloists Meredith Hutchinson, Rachel Landrecht, Helene Beauchemin and Genevieve Poitras, conducted by Neil Weisensel. We dedicate this video to our dear friend Glen Thompson who was singing in the bas section, but died suddenly only a few weeks after this performance. We miss you, Glen.
