Bio:
A musician and producer since the late 90s, Sumsuch’s brand of deep- thinking electronic music has consistently found favour with discerning DJs the world over, among them Ben Watt, Ras Kwame, Osunlade, Justin Martin & Jody Wisternoff.
A decade into his DJ career, Will regularly plays bars, clubs and beaches across Europe, as well as hosting a monthly show on leading electronic station Proton Radio.
His label Colour and Pitch launched in 2013 with a small roster of artists, occasionally releasing ‘handcrafted electronic music from the heart’. Now on its 4th release, the label has enjoyed support from Shur-i-Kan, Robert Owens & Nick Holder among many others.
New transatlantic collaboration Mega Jawns (with Philadelphia soul man Will Brock) resulted in an album deal with BBE Records in 2014. The LP, released in late September is already making serious waves in the underground of both House and Soul, due to its unmistakable, life-affirming aesthetic and grounded musicality.
On top of all this, Will somehow finds time to work as a contributing editor for 5 Magazine Chicago, North America’s only dedicated House music publication.
