Fender Wide Range VS Creamery Vintage Modified Pickups - Video
PUBLISHED:  Oct 11, 2014
DESCRIPTION:
The current version of the Fender Telecaster Deluxe is a reissue of the '72 model. It can be named in different ways depending on the year of production, but any of these guitars is equipped qith a couple of Fender Wide Range Pickups.
They're a reissue too, in fact they're built like a standard humbucker (magnet bar in the bottom of the pickup and 12 polepieces that drive the magnetic field towards the strings). The 72 ones instead had 12 individual magnets.
Here isa a comparison between the actual standard and a vintage modified pair. (modded by Jaime Campbell at Creamery pickups). Here we have Oprion 1 for the neck and Option 2 for bridge.
