Waseem Akar A.K.A The W (Arabic: وسيم عكر), Born in Akka is a Palestinian Rapper and Music Producer, Composer, Arranger. One of four members in MWR.

We7 (shortcut name of Wlad El7ara meaning "Boys of the Hood") is a Palestinian rap trio from Nazareth formed in 2001.

MWR began their professional life in 1998, when three good friends started writing the words in their own Rap songs in Arabic.

Then they took the first letter of each of their names and formed the band. Their songs talk about: conflicts and troubles they have in their lives and about Arabs living among Jews, everyday problems, war and peace, criminals, drugs, money, racism, and some joyful songs too.
