HEART - CRAZY ON YOU (HD) - live from Montreal, 2013. - Video
PUBLISHED:  Mar 29, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Heart in performance at Montreal's Bell Centre; March 25, 2013. The final stop of their cross Canada tour.

Tuneage: CRAZY ON YOU (written by Ann & Nancy Wilson).
"Crazy on You" is the 3rd track from their debut album Dreamboat Annie, released in 1976 (1975 in Canada). According to co-writer/guitarist Nancy Wilson on an episode of In the Studio with Redbeard (which devoted an entire episode to the Dreamboat Annie album), the rapid acoustic rhythm part was inspired by The Moody Blues song "Question".

"Crazy On You" became the band's first commercial hit, peaking at #35 on the charts in the summer of 1976. Despite its modest chart, "Crazy on You" remains as one of Heart's signature tunes and is still a staple on classic rock radio stations. The album was recorded at the Can-Base Studios in Vancouver, BC, which were later renamed to the current Mushroom Studios. The band was based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from 1973 to 1976.

In December 2012, it was announced that the Heart would be a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's 2013 Induction class. The induction ceremony will be held in Los Angeles on April 18 and broadcast on HBO on May 18. Across four decades and fourteen studio albums, Heart has sold more than 35 million records and produced 21 top 40 hits.
Their most recent release was 2012′s Fanatic. Released in October, the duo's follow-up to 2010′s Red Velvet Car was recorded in hotel rooms and studios up and down the West Coast with acclaimed producer Ben Mink.

Heart will join forces with Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience for a 2013 summer tour that will feature them together onstage for a 30-minute Led Zeppelin tribute to close out each show.

Heart sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson first met Bonham — the son of the late Zeppelin drummer John Bonham — when they performed the Zep classic 'Stairway to Heaven' at the Kennedy Center Honors in December of 2012. More than six million fans have viewed that incendiary performance online since.

But the Wilson sisters' ties to Zeppelin's music go back much further than that; they performed 'Rock and Roll' as their live encore for many years, and they recorded 'The Battle of Evermore' in their side project, the Lovemongers, and have performed that live as well.

Bonham has helmed his own group and toured and recorded with the likes of Jimmy Page and Paul Rodgers, and is also the drummer in the classic rock super group Black Country Communion. He has toured successfully with his Led Zeppelin Experience since 2010.
The tour kicks off on June 17 in West Palm Beach, Fla.
