VIRGINIA STREET - GOOD ONE

Virginia was born in 1985 to two very musical teachers, and from an early age was encouraged to experiment with music making. Virginia learned to play the piano by ear before she could grasp theory. This would prove to be a blessing and a curse. Through years of singing in choirs, she learned how to read music for voice, but has yet to learn that skill for the piano. Maybe one day...

In the meantime, Virginia has settled into songwriting, focusing her lyrics on the quest for a few true things about life. Drawing from personal experiences, Virginia enjoys writing about the other side of struggles.
