American Son Down

American Son Down existed from 2006 until 2009. The bulk of that time ASD was comprised of the original members Luke Green, Shawn Jones, Waylon Clark, Bill Miller, and Taylor McDowell. ASD reformed briefly in 2009 with a couple different lineups before shittung down the engine for good. ASD had a good run at things and ammassed a loyal fan base throughout the Mid Ohio Valley and recorded 2 demo CDs, which both recieved airplay on local radio shows. ASD won multiple Battle of the Bands and traveled to various parts of the region.



The original members still remain great friends and are all still working on music in some form. Shawn, Waylon, and Bill are currently recording and preparing for a new project that is due to see the light of day in 2010. News on this project will be released when things come to fruition in the coming weeks. Luke Green has been working on solo acoustic material and occasonally plays acoustic shows in the MOV.



Thank you to all the fans who made these two years of our lives a blast! There are countless friends and fans to thank! We're leaving up some of our more well known songs for people to enjoy, and if nothing else, bring back a great memory from the ASD years. Thank you all so much, and we hope to see you all at future shows, no matter what band we may be in!
