Art Gillham was a song plugger for Ted Browne Music in Chicago. This was a song he successfully plugged on radio and personal appearances and on piano rolls. He later recorded it for Columbia on November 3, 1926 as a piano solo. It was the only piano solo he recorded for Columbia. He later recorded it again for Columbia as a vocal.
