Mayur and Udyan came together in the late 90's in Ahmedabad city to redefine the sounds of India and in the last seven years their music has taken them far and wide across the globe for gigs with established artists, movies and albums have kept them busy recreating sounds that you have to keep listening. Composed with both serenity and chaos, Bandish Projekt creates a full range of emotional sounds, all held together by dance inducing beats. Tracks composed by Bandish have rhythms that hold eastern and western music together so well establishing a mature and unique sound, definitely worthy of your ears and BEYOND! Mayur Narvekar aka DJ Mayur has used his roots in classical tabla and percussion training while Udyan Sagar mixes his inherent frenzy with electronic music to develop a fresh mix of sounds. The classical element comes from Mayur whose trained tabla player while Udyan creates sounds as per requirements, keeping in mind that the original flavour and classical base of the track is not lost.
