TC Electronic Trinity/Hall of Fame - Secret Tremolo Settings (Toneprint beta testing) - Video
PUBLISHED:  Mar 28, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Sorry about the video quality, the audio is more important, anyway. You normally can't add a tremolo to the Hall of Fame/Trinity, but I managed to create a pseudo-tremolo! The editor is flexible as shit.

The way I set this up is a little peculiar. I divided the DECAY knob into two. From NOON to CLOCKWISE, the decay is set like a regular hall-ish reverb. It's not set super dark, but the highs get eaten up so the tremolo still sounds like a tremolo. COUNTER-CLOCKWISE, the decay is set longer and the highs get retained.

The TONE knob controls the SPEED. I divided it into two as well. From NOON to CLOCKWISE, it acts as a "tremolo" for the reverb, obviously with the dry signal still coming through. If you turn it COUNTER-CLOCKWISE, the "tremolo" is for everything, dry signal included. Since it's not a real tremolo, the initial attack is lost. It makes it sound glitchy at fast speeds.

0:05 - CLEAN SIGNAL
0:15 - SUBTLE TREMOLO
1:00 - NOT-SO SUBTLE TREMOLO
1:43 - JUDGEMENT DAY: Fast tremolo
2:14 - THE WAR AGAINST THE MACHINES: Same tremolo speed with a longer decay with the highs remaining.
2:55 - SPACE TREM: Tremolo that's not just on the reverb trails.
3:33 - SATELLITE TREM: One of my favorite settings. Super spacey stuff.
4:24 - GLITCH TREM
5:18 - BUTTERFLY CHOIR
