Socrates - Most People I Know (HQ) - Video
PUBLISHED:  Jan 15, 2014
DESCRIPTION:
WAITING FOR SOMETHING (1980)

The next album was in 1980 with the MINOS label, bearing the name «Waiting for something». The composition of the band had changed, since George Zikogiannis was added on bass guitar and Paul Alexiou on keyboards, while Nikos Antipas had taken the place of George Trantalidis, who had started a solo career in jazz. Nikos Antipas was a very good drummer, with a great sense of rhythm, and helped greatly to improve the songs on the disc, in which traditional style was not evident any more, but was more influenced by jazz-rock and blues music. A total of eight songs was included in this album, among them a very good adaptation of the «Mountains».Undoubtedly, the best record of Socrates, along with the «Phos».
