Welcome to my weekly video blog! Every Friday I'll be posting a new video of a solo piano performance.

For the next several weeks I'll perform the music from various bandleaders that I have the pleasure of working with. This week, I'm playing something by the amazing violinist and composer, Tomoko Omura. Her latest record, "Roots" features arrangements of well-known Japanese folk and popular songs. From that record, this is "The Mountain", which is Tomoko's arrangement of the theme song from the popular Japanese TV show "Mito Komon".
