Music of the Rivers, composed by Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, begins with a haunting sound of the seas followed by a rough tide coupled with thunder at night and then moves on to sweeter sounds of the rivers in their various states. From the ‘song of the river’ to the ‘journey to the sea’, it stands for the journey of life and even reminds one of their divine purpose of life, that is to merge with the divine.
