This is a collection of monotype/drawings done to the music of Laurie Anderson. Each print was created to, and with, a specific Laurie Anderson song and titled as such...although, for the purposes of this video, they are all shown with "Strange Angels." Rhythm, energy, movement, directness, edginess, quirkiness, vibrance, spontaneity,and integrity are important aspect of Laurie Anderson's work, and hopefully this collection of monotypes.
