DESCRIPTION:
Shit Piles Up was written by The Limns' lead singer Zacc Fricke in 2007. It was recorded at Winterland studios by Todd Fitzgerald and produced by The Limns, Llc. in the summer of 2008. The song is based on the struggles of his younger brother and fellow band mate, keyboardist and vocalist, Zeke Fricke as he labors to run his own business to pay for his first house. Zacc also incorporates elements of his own life and struggles as he becomes a father and takes on the challenges of family life.

Everyone has undoubtedly felt the pains of an unbearably hard day and can identify with the Fricke brothers in this, honest expression of despair.

2012 Update. Zacc Fricke is the proud successful father of two beautiful young ladies, Olivia (inspiration for another Limns' classic Livie) and Amali. Younger brother Zeke is still running his own business and has also joined the Father club with the new family addition of a gorgeous and talented daughter, Amaya JoLynn Fricke.
