John Carrie is an Irish singer/songwriter, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

He released an EP (Release, 2004) and two full-length albums (2007's Folk is not happy and 2010's Clearing Air) with his backin band, Moor Green. See: John Carrie and Moor Green.

2012 saw the release of his solo début LP, Shy Away.
