We were at our local guitar store... and a young turk by the name of PJ McCauley asked if he could play our latest creation, Tom Doyle's "TIME MACHINE" Relic # 1... a gorgeous '59 Les Paul, featuring our Doyle Coils TRU-CLONES PAF Humbucker pickups, and our TRU-CLONES Holy Grail '59 Harness featuring our 550K pots, and REAL paper-in-oil Vintage Bumble Bee caps, etc. Well, we were quite impressed with this young man's guitar prowess... So since we always get asked when we are going to show some demos of the pickups played "clean", we grabbed our phone and recorded this on the fly. There in person, it sounded phenomenal... and not too bad with the phone's built-in mic, here for this video... we were quite surprised by the quality that our smart phone video provided, so we decided to share it. ENJOY!
