'The Voice' Season 4 premiere saw a sexy folk singer, a Michael Jackson duet partner, and some awesome bickering by the coaches! Hey guys thanks for finding ClevverMusic with your music updates every day. I don't know about you guys but we were super excited about the brand new Season 4 of NBC's singing show "The Voice". CeeLo Green and Christina Aguilera are out this season, and replacing them are R&B singer Usher and new mom Shakira. Here's our highlights from the season premiere episode. The show kicked off with the four judges singing appropriate song "Come Together" where they rocked it out. Following, the episode included some epic name dropping by the coaches, fighting for the incredible talent which included identical twin standouts, The Morgan Twins, who sang Alicia Key's "Fallin" and chose to be on Team Blake.

One of the most fought for contestants was 16-year-old Danielle Bradbury who sang Taylor Swift's "Mean" but had never sung in front of a large crowd before. While vying for Danielle, Adam Levine argued, "Taylor Swift is not primarily a Country artist," to which Blake immediately retorted, "No, we take ownership of Taylor Swift in Country music!" Then smooth talker Usher chimed in, bribing Danielle with Justin Bieber tickets saying, "It may be an obvious play for me to speak of Justin Bieber... I'm not promising that you'll be at every concert and every award show... actually he's in the back if you want to..." After some laughs from the coaches and the audience, Usher made the mistake of calling Nashville a state, tried to talk himself out of it, but we don't think he will soon live this down. After all that, Danielle chose Team Blake.

One brave contestant, Vedo, sang his version of Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" song and hoped to get in Usher's good graces with the performance, and it worked. He joined Team Usher. 21-year-old Christian Porter sang a folk version of "Sexy and I Know It" which we thought was one of the best of the night, and chose Team Blake. But hands down the best audition of the night was from former Michael Jackson duet partner Judith Hill who sang her version of Christina Aguilera's "What a Girl Wants", check it out.

Adam said she did the song just as good as Christina and fought hard to get her on this team saying, "I'm going to light myself on fire to make sure you're on my team... I know you're going to win." Needless to say she chose Adam. Now it's your turn: what music category do you think Taylor Swift fits in? And is it cool that Usher is already playing the Justin Bieber card? Leave us comments and keep it right here on ClevverMusic on YouTube for more! I'm Misty Kingma see you guys next time.
