This Video was uploaded directed, shot & produced by me dated 9-23-2000 final edit date. I'm sorry about the look on YT it was shot on DV made to look grainy in editing and edited in FCP 1 over 10 years ago. I was half owner of Crystal Lake Entertainment L.L.C with C Vorheez AKA Coz. Crystal Lake studio was located in my basement during the production of some great Hip Hop produced by Coz and Bless One, My job was to manage the artists, act as Creative Director including overseeing the production of the singles, promo gear & artwork of every artist on Crystal Lake Ent. In fact the 12" singles you have came from me via Disc Makers. We started about 1998 after Low Budget Butta Was produced by Ultra in 1997 and dissolved the label shortly after this video was completed late 2000 early 2001 because of creative differences. I recently came across the love for CL from tru Hip Hop Lovers and felt compelled to upload my portion of CL history and help fill in the blanks. I have quite a bit of CL footage shot by me unheard music and pics it may take me a while to post plus it has been over 10 years. Please enjoy and feel free to post comments. I can say though my proudest moment of being a part of this CL thing was when me and Coz were leaving an MC battle in NYC and heading back to NJ in the snow. The radio was on Hot 97 DJ Premiere who was filling in for Stretch Armstrong was cutting up our record Crowd Movers. I had given him copies of the single the prior week at Tramps during an M.O.P. show that he DJ'd for.
