Russian born producer 'Kirill Salyakhov' commonly known as Tenthu was born 1986. His professional music career began in 2005, his first official contract was with Spanish based label 'Impressive Records' for the vinyl release of 'Miss Illusion'. Tenthu's first big success was in February of 2006 after his production 'Orange' (which was out on Inov8 Recordings) found that it was having major support from Armin Van Buuren which Armin featured the single on his famous 'A State of Trance' radioshow and a week later it was selected by the listeners as a Future Favorite.
Tenthu's career does not stop just there he now has singles and remixes released on such respected and famous labels like Discover, Bonzai, Flux Delux, Alter Ego Records and many many more. All his productions which made the shelf or download stores have being successfully sold in huge amounts. His productions are regularly supported and playlisted by the big names in the business Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, The Thrillseekers, Marcus Schulz, Menno De Jong, John Askew, Riley & Durrand.
These days Tenthu with hard work has become one of the most established and famous producers in Russia which works in the trance music scene and has found himself placed in Russia's official TOP 100 DJ's poll, with his DJing he actively crosses Russia and nearby countries again and again!
Tenthu also presents his own radioshow 'Moscow Nights' on one of the world's most established radio stations been Afterhours.FM. Far from just been your everyday professional producer Kirill has gone down the path a lot of established producers do and has started up a label 'Empire Music' which he co-owns. Besides the record label Kirill still rushes to explore and even expand his knowledge in the music scene with producing new material in the genre of House music under his latest guise of Slimheticz.
At this very present moment in time Kirill is hard at work doing remixes for the likes of Thomas Coastline, Martin Pritchett, PROFF and many more. 2009 looks like a jam packed year for him, so expect to see him climb the charts once again with dance floor filler productions.
