After 10 musicians, 3 cameramen and 1 engineer crammed into the studio at Kinine, episode 5 of the 'Live at Kinine' sessions has finally come to fruition. This time featuring the stunning Wallis Bird with her song 'River of Paper'. As this is a new song from Wallis, it was somewhat of a blank canvas with lots of room for the musicians to experiment with textures and dynamics. We set up one main mic in the centre of the room and tried a few different things before turning the cameras on and catching this in a single take.

Live at Kinine is set in a studio in the foothills of the Dublin mountains, hosted by Irish songwriter, performer and music legend Paul Brady with a collaboration of Irish musicians, engineers and cameramen. Featuring Aoife O'Sullivan (backing vocals), Cormac Breslin (electric guitar), Dara Munnis (piano), Dave Hingerty (percussion), Keith Farrell (upright bass), Mia Fitz (backing vocals), Paul Brady(backing vocals and acoustic guitar), Sarah Lynch (violin), Wallis Bird (main vocals and guitar), Zoe Reardon (Cello).
