The east coast's legendary Groove II Promotions pulled off one of the best big top summer parties of 1991. Eclipse outdoor dance festival tour was held at Stretham Ely Cambridgeshire attracting a crowd of 5000+ party goers in front of top underground DJ's such as Jumping Jack Frosty, MR C and Grooverider.
