Biography



I wanted to write something a bit more personal than my standard biography, as it's got a bit boring now. But you can read that on www.sassypandez.com. Ok, here goes .
Been a DJ for 9 years now. First had a go at DJing at 7 years young. I tried to scratch my Mum's favourite record, but rather than moving the needle back and forth I moved it from side to side across the whole record and completely ruined the vinyl. I was grounded for two months. Also as a kid I used to record all the big tracks off local pirate radio stations, talking over the top to make mix tapes. I traded the tapes in return for getting my school homework done. True story. Even at 7 I was a hustler.
Some years later, I was in Miami with my cousin super DJ Radamas. He let me use his decks in return for looking after his crazy dog. He got me into beat juggling and I was hooked. Probably one of the most frustating things, learning to mix and scratch but once you got it years later its natural. Well mixing is. As for scratching, that's a never ending journey. With much surprise I went on to become a professional Urban DJ. Went on to DJ for some of the greatest artists such as Jay Z, Beyonce, Lil Kim, Fat Joe, P. Diddy, Mary J Blige. Had a DVD out in the US with Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, MC Light, and Fat Joe. People always ask me what is my favourite event. I guess it has to be the first time I DJed live. I remember playing a Lil Kim record. And also playing on the beach in Singapore for the Grind party.
I'm also a fashion model. Just shot the cover of Maxim magazine. They made me Maxim's "Sexiest DJ in the World". I'm 5'10 tall and a UK size 10, 34C / 25 / 38 so size 0 is not even gonna fit my arms lol.
Apart from work I love movies, especially horror and comedy. Anything from Jacob's Ladder to Norbit. My favourite food is Japanese, Thai, West Indian, and my own cooking. I don't eat meat because I love animals, and try to rescue as many as I can on my travels. In my spare time I love going to the cinema, restaurants, church, horse riding, and the gym. You'll never catch me in a club on my days off. My favourite motto is "Be Realistic, Plan For A Miracle".
