Sumitra Devi is a versatile folk artist from Rajasthan, India. She is a fluent vocalist and regular collaborator with maestros of other musical styles.

Sumitra has been singing and performing from a very young age, and has quickly made her mark on the Indian folk music scene with her tremendous range and spontaneity. She has performed all over the world with her fellow folk musicians and has collaborated with the likes of Yuri Honing, Jason Singh and Dharohar.

Sumitra Devi will return to the JodhpurRIFF stage in 2015 with new material and more exciting collaborations with Rajasthani & International artists.
