♫ "Battle of the Century" - A Minecraft Parody of Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball - Video
PUBLISHED:  Dec 10, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Battle of the Century follows a disgruntled "young" mage as he faces his fears and takes on the people who have terrorized him since youth. The battle seems to be swayed in his favour until a stunning flashback makes him realize something about himself that he had never thought of before.

Thanks to everybody who has supported me since the summer. With all of the amazing comments and constructive criticism on the previous parody, I have come back with what I believe to be my best video to date. Hope you all enjoy, and stay awesome!

Just in case anyone was wondering, I am an untrained singer. I have never taken singing courses or classes before and the singing demonstrated in this video is a product of lots of recording, editing and practicing.

EDIT 16/01/2014: Thanks so much for 100k! All the support has been amazing!
EDIT 29/01/2014: 200k! ;)
EDIT 14/02/14: 300k! My god, this is growing so much faster than any video I've done before! Thanks everybody! :)
EDIT 10/03/2014: 400k!!

► Lyrics

A castle high up in the sky and it's
Never comin' down
A battered wall
Still standing tall
And I'm, bearer of the crown

Don't you ever say
"Pain will wash away"
I will never back down

Taking back my life
Focused on the strife
I will never be drowned

The battle of the century
That no one ever could forsee
The force that I have come to be
I'm strikin' down the ENEMY
Strikin' the ENEMY

The battlefield
Our fates are sealed
And life will never be the same
A bloodied sword
Only reward
And was it worth it for the fame?

Don't you ever say
Things turned out okay
Live one day in my life
Looked into their eyes
Heard the devil's cries
Staring down at my knife

The battle of the century
That no one ever could forsee
The force that I have come to be
I'm strikin' down the ENEMY

The battle of the century
I thought that it would set us free
As I look across the endless sea
I know that we made history

We made history

I never meant to start a war
I just wanted you to let me win
I never should've asked for more
After all that's how it's always been
(2x)

Don't you ever say
"Things turned out okay"
Live one day in my life.
