'I Mean To Live Here Still' is the third FatCat album to bear the name of San Francisco-based artist David Karsten Daniels, although it is an entirely different prospect to his previous releases in many ways. A collaboration with Richmond, Virginia-based 9-piece avant-jazz collective Fight the Big Bull, 'I Mean To Live Here Still' is the product of two decidedly individual, but musically (and geographically) distant sets of musicians.
