What if, instead of the vertical bars that appear when the console is started with a cartridge, what about the Atari logo? if that happened, this would be used.

Surprisingly, this wasn't made with Stella, nor the editor. But MS Paint was used. Blender was used to put the frames together, and Sony Vegas was for that dark TV effect.
