"Season of Da Sicc" is from Brotha Lynch Hung's 1995 album Season of Da Siccness. The album is dedicated to Q-Ball (as stated in the album booklet), Brotha Lynch Hung's cousin who was murdered around the time of the albums creation. Lynch has stated that he produced, mixed and mastered the entire album by himself, which to this day is the only album in which he has done that. In January of 2013 the album was certified platinum by the RIAA after selling over one million copies in the United States.
