Stress - Shout out to Chris Tucker, Ovatronics, DNova, Street Beat, EP, Rashad Coes, Ab-Soul. During this time I wrote this I was Ab-Soul's manager and pursuing my own dreams. At the time I was being courted by Big J of Concrete Recordings INC for artist Management and I performed in front of Jimmy Iovine. I had dancers, the fresh linen suit on and I was doing the Torrey Crowe record. After I got off the stage, this cat came to me and said, "If you dont get a deal, something is wrong with the music industry". As I was on edge anyway about signing deals, I later ended up not signing the management agreement. I wrote the underground record STRESS circa 2005 in a form of reflection and a energy of the circles I was around.. some of us were rising in music and others were not. At the end of the day.. I still have my sanity.. I then began to work with SHAMAN WORK Recordings on a promo level and .. Lamar Gilliam, ChrisCraft, DJ II Tone and John Robinson awakened my true love for HIP HOP and a rebirth emerged that wasn't involving the bling and private jets. Even though, I like to rap about the bling, honey's and jets.. I do and will continue to make songs with value and importance. There is a video / visual to this song but I didn't feel what was captured..maybe i will shoot another or revisit the situation... In the mean time stop stressing sissy's..
