I love God, My Country, and Country music. I started playing guitar at age 12, I'm not the best but I love it! I love to Write and turn my words into a feeling or an expression. God gave me everything in life! My ability to write and sing and My family which he chose for me. I am so thankful God has put me in the path of my wife and Kids. They keep me strong and driving. I am a Professional firefighter/Paramedic with 15 years experience. God is Country and Country is Awesome!
My Mom is one of my biggest, she brought me up on Oak Ridge Boys and Alabama! All the songwriters I meet along the way have also inspired me! Hope Cassity and Victoria Camp and Family have really been by my side in my Journey. My wife is always by my side and keeps me grounded. My friends always support me

Megan McMillan's sound is soulful, sassy, and undeniably country. Influenced by country greats like Hank Williams Sr., Waylon Jennings, Jamey Johnson, Gretchen Wilson, and Merle Haggard, and drawing influence from rockers such as Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen, this Pinetucky, Alabama native marches to the beat of her own drum.

Megan's songs can be deeply lyrical, melodically unique, humorous, and gut-wrenchingly honest.
Megan says about her writing, "It's always been a very emotional thing for me. Any feeling or experience, I write about it. I just hope I portray my emotion to the listener, because that's what music is all about, making you feel something".


Being so deeply connected to the songs she is performing makes for an intense stage presence, whether rocking out in her recently released up-tempo “Rodeo” or pouring her heart out in the dark ballad “Reaper”. Her diverse influences have given birth to a unique style that is all her own.


Currently touring, writing, and recording her debut EP, and being a wife and mother of two, this hard-working artist has the talent and drive to be successful. Megan plans to independently release her debut EP in 2015.
