This is a Video Demonstrating how Paul McCartney Played this Song.
I have a Capo on the 2nd fret because my Guitar is Tuned Down a Whole Step. The guitar is in Standard Tuning E A D G B e.

It is quite Difficult but it can be achieved. The Hardest part comes towards the end when You Slide to from a G to C7. Once you get the chord changes and Picking it's a pretty fun song to play.

Note: The reason I play a D instead of the open A that is played at the end is because that D is SUPPOSED to be there. Paul himself said that "Her Majesty" was supposed to part of the Abbey Road Medley and "Polythene Pam" was suppose to Follow it. Thus I play the D which is the First Chord of "Polythene Pam".
