Recently a close friend shared with me his prophecy: "Once the ice caps melt, the Rocky Mountains will be the brand new coast-" ... I'm more of an optimist, but who knows. The song lyrics outline a protagonist's plan to leave everything he has and make a new home in the mountains. It's about escape, but it's also about going deeply within to renew our true connections with spirit and nature. A sub-theme points to the need for our burgeoning new global society to be able to shift perspectives, to hold and accept multiple truths as an integral part of our conscious evolution.

The lyrics are as follows:

I try to see your point of view, your different angle on the moon
push past illusions of the truth, it's never enough to just assume

overused-this world has said shes done being abused
and with a swift moving coastline, we'll soon run out of room
that's why I'm moving to the mountains for good here soon

and through our battles so hard won, we know our work is never done
at present time our only hope, our Rocky Mountains brand new coast

overused, this girl has said she's done being abused
waves, will you rise up again?
set us down by the water from which we all came

as the sea inches nearer we'll run out of room
there's still time to turn around but it's got to be soon
or we'll be moving to the mountains for good, here, soon.
