Wake up in the morning, thoughts of fear and dread. Stumble to the bathroom, wishing I was dead.
Think my days are ending, and they likely are, if I keep this up, then I won't make it very far.
Nearly given up now ,dont know what to say, don't know how to ask for help, wish I could quit today.

Scary for your loved ones, outside lookin in, and no idea where I would be if not for real good friends.
Life still has some meaning, something there to do, there are people out there who need and care for you.
People want to help you, but they don't know how, if you can reach out and ask for help, not tomorrow, do it now.
Life can be much better, you can find your way, you don't have to quit forever, just quit for today.
Life starts gettin better, pretty soon it seems, all your fears and nightmares, turn to hopeful dreams.
It won't all be easy, some days will be rough, suddenly it's worth it, when you learn that you're so tough.
Things start gettin easier, some may think they've won, if you want to stay clean, then know you have just begun.
Though it takes a lifetime, making your own way, life gets so much better, just quit for today.

And though that feels amazing, you have to realize, they can't know quite how you feel, they can't look through your eyes.
