DESCRIPTION:
Judy Welden came to a James Marvell concert on Saturday June 26. It may not have been a full house but promoter Woody Woods called it... "the best Show he's had in 17 years!" Marvell was pleased with the city of Toccoa and their hospitality. He even was invited to have breakfast with the grandson of James Brown. Brown began his career as a gospel singer in Toccoa, Georgia.
