2004 Yamaha R1 Battery Removal without Destroying Anything - Video
PUBLISHED:  Apr 24, 2016
DESCRIPTION:
Dad and I made this video to help those with a 2004/5 Yamaha R1 get the battery out without destroying anything. It's a tough batter yto remove because the bracket is hard to get out, which makes you think that maybe the tank needs to be unbolted and raised as some have suggested on various Yamaha R1 chat boards, but it truth it just needs to be gently pried so as to be able to pull it out.

The video shows the installation, which just needs to be reversed for removal. I hope others find it to be helpful.
