DESCRIPTION:
Have used two rode NT5 small membrane cardioid microphones. No hardware compression, only plugins. Recorded in cubase, it is a little bit on the compressor, a c1 stero waves from about 3:1 ratio, and a little reverb, Altiverb, EQ is almost unchanged, three small cuts in the mid-range of 2-3 dB, and so I made a weak low-cut at the base. uses bronze strings for now, a little weak and poor in the base but they fade nicely on top, phosphorus sounds better :) Thought to have this as a reference if anyone is interested to hear how it sounds in real, and at any interest to become the owner of a Vendel. Adirondack top, east indian rosewood back and sides, ebony bridge and fret board, hidglue, shellac finish, zero fret. recorded in ingesound studios, played by my self.
