This is a song about Anxiety mostly but it does mention Misophonia. I didn't know this was a thing until a few years ago and it's something I've suffered from all my life. When I was little I was convinced my family were deliberately trying to annoy me by eating loudly. Meal times were horrible as I would develop an irrational rage and hatred of people I loved. When my Father reached for an apple I had to leave the room. Even today It puts a strain on relationships and going out in public places where people might be eating nearby causes me immense anxiety. Other things like repetitive noise can be a problem too, people on running machines combined with the TV in the gym (as mentioned in the song) is an example.
