Paul live during his solo Live To Win tour at the House Of Blues in Chicago, this dvd was never my favorite, the video quality is terrible as you can see, and in 2006 you could hear Paul's voice starting to deteriorate, and as we all know by now, Paul nowadays has had surgery on his vocal cords because of voice issues in the past and sadly can't hit the high notes anymore.
