DESCRIPTION:
This is another clip of my Edison Gem Phonograph playing one of the 'new' cylinders. The piece is "Frozen Bill" performed by the New York Military Band and originally issued on Edison Record No.10208 in September 1909. This vintage recording has been transferred and re-issued by The Vulcan Cylinder Record Co. of Sheffield, England, UK. The Phonograph has a restored model C reproducer and a reproduction horn. Although cosmetically a little scruffy, it has been fully serviced and is in good working order.
