DESCRIPTION:
I had my pool installed by ______________ in May of 2012. My pool ladder started showing signs of rust in one specific area only three months after installation. I cleaned the ladder with a Magic Eraser every month to remove the orange rusty stain. I assumed it was the bolt and had the bolt replaced around six months. After the bolt was replaced, rust continued to develop in the same area of the ladder. Service techs confirmed the rust at 11 months, but still unresolved at this point. The video shows the area of the ladder where the rust continues to develop.
