I am playing this straight out of the book called " Banjo Pickin Girl " put together by her last student Judy H. Marti it is available from Elderly instruments. I am playing it in a straight forward style, but Ola's pickin is more intricate and is a combination of downpicking" clawhammer" and occasional up-picking, which you can hear in her recordings, it is amazing what a slight change in fingering can do for the muscial pharasing....will be working on this one..!!! thanks for watching...happy playin cj also I have a capo at the first fret on the banjo and the fifth string raised up to try and get more in tune with my voice... so it isn't really open g it is g # essentially...
