Artist Biography: The Silence are a five-piece pop/rock band hailing from the North East of England.

Forming from the ashes of several local bands, drummer Max, bassist Liam and vocalist Livvy came together as the core of the Silence. After gigging across the UK and a trip to Florida, a few line-up changes left them with guitarists Guy and Nate.
The band headed to London to record their debut EP with producer Matt O'Grady (You Me At Six, Architects, Deaf Havana) and so far have released three tracks as singles with accompanying music videos; Barriers, The Fire and Again.

This summer the Silence have been touring all over the UK and also have played several shows in Europe in support of their singles, and are preparing to hit the road again in November to promote the release of their EP 'This Wilderness'.
